Dr. Gabrielle Rigney, PhD, has been a sleep researcher for over 10 years with a particular focus on child and adolescent sleep behaviour and school-based sleep education programs. She has been fortunate to be part of the development and modification of a variety of Better Nights, Better Days programs. Dr. Rigney is really excited to work with such an amazing team and see everyone share their expertise to provide greater access to sleep education and interventions in one location for people of all ages.
